Terms and Conditions


Booking/Reservations:

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will NOT be charged(*), it is only needed to guarantee your reservation. Payment is on arrival. If you arrive by air, please mention the flight arrival time AND the flight number.

(*)Unless you have to cancel late or do not show up, see our cancellation policy below.

Payment:

Payment is cash on arrival.

Cancellations Policy:

Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival - no charge. Credit cards will only be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur: Cancellations between 14 days and 72 hours prior to arrival - 25% of full duration charge. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival and No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.

Minimal Stay:

A minimal stay of two nights is required. For bookings which include a Friday and/or Saturday a minimal stay of three nights is required(*), unless a shorter stay fits in between other bookings. For shorter stays please check the options for your dates with our "check availability" feature, or email us.

*For holidays and other special dates (new year, Queens day) longer minimal stays may apply.

Check in and check out:

We open at 10 AM. We expect you to arrive with us at the given arrival time . Normally your accommodation will be ready and available at 2 PM, normal check out time is at 12 AM. We are however as flexible as possible with that. If the accommodation is not occupied you can get the accommodation early on your date of arrival.
