Our rates starts from

  • € 95   (single)
  • € 110 (double)
  • € 150 (triple, 1 room)

The rates are per room per night on a cash basis included 5,5% city tax and VAT (BTW) 6%. Payment with credit card has a credit surcharge of 2%.

Booking/Reservations

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. We need company of the card - full name on card - number and expire date and cvc code. No American express.

Your credit card will NOT be charged (*), it is only needed to guarantee your reservation.  If you arrive by air, please mention the flight arrival time AND the flight number. Mobile telephone with landcode.

Cancellations Policy

- If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Minimal stay

A minimal stay of two nights is required. For bookings which include a Friday and/or Saturday a minimal stay of three nights is required(*), unless a shorter stay fits in between other bookings. For shorter stays please email us.

*For holidays and other special dates (new year, Queens day) longer minimal stays may apply.

Check in and check out

We expect you to arrive with us at the given arrival time. Check inn time between 12am and 16pm. If this does not fit, we like to make an appoinment with you for your arrival time. Normally your accommodation will be ready and available at 2 PM, normal check out time is at 11 AM. We are however as flexible as possible with that. If the accommodation is not occupied you can get the accommodation early on your date of arrival. Luggage can always be stored.

There are no house pets in the b&b.
